Agile has been around since 2001 and is described in the Agile Manifesto - http://www.agilemanifesto.org

Since that time, the question of "What is Agile?" has continued to be a question I encounter. 

In this podcast, 

  • I discuss a little history of Agile, 
  • try to answer the "What is Agile?" question
  • Explain principle and rule based systems
  • Explain why I think the ongoing  discussionis a good thing.
