Joe and Kirk go over their WINS and LESSONS for the week. They next go over what it is the be an EMPATH. Kirk happens to be an EMPATH, but didn't learn this till later on in his life. Learning from life experiences and falling into it as he started noticing his social anxiety and his ability to empathize and feel others emotions. Joe also talks about his experience with his last meeting he had with the Community Advisory Board for Chronic Pain and Opioid use Disorder.
