Welcome to this first episode of the "And What Else?" podcast with me, Wendy O'Beirne, also known as the Completion Coach! In this episode, I'll be sharing why I've chosen the name "And What Else?" for this podcast, and as part of that I'll be exploring how the generalisation of deep topics in today's world affects our abilities to understand our true needs, express ourselves authentically, and pursue more of our true passions.

• The importance of going deeper than surface-level concerns and understanding what motivates us and holds us back
• Going back to basics and thinking about whether our fundamental needs are being met

• Why we should stop thinking things are either right or wrong and how this helps us to ask "And What Else?"
