This past Sunday, Pastor Kent W. Clark reminded us of the true purpose and meaning behind baptism, and we celebrated as 40- members of our congregation took part in such a beautiful public declaration of their faith in Christ---Baptism is such an amazing part of our Christian faith. If you find out you're a sinner and you've come to know Jesus Christ- if you place your trust in Him alone as your sin bearer, that He paid your debt on the tree of the cross- you need to say to everyone in the waters of baptism- I am a Christian, Jesus Christ died for me, He was buried for me, and He rose again for me---Baptism is a declaration of faith, in front of everybody, that we are a Christian and that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior-
