What is Benford's Law?

Do you ever find yourself asking random questions? Things like "I wonder what the constellation Orion was called by other cultures." Or "What was life like in 15th century Scotland?" or even something like "Man, what were the sociopolitical lives like for the common people of the Aztec empire when Cortez stumbled upon them?"

These are my thoughts. All the time. Most nights I find myself deep in a rabbit hole of light research trying to find the answers.
