Today, we discuss Christian fasting! Christian fasting can be defined as an abstinance from food for spiritual purposes. We'll look at different texts of Scripture, such as Mat. 4:4, 6:18, 1 Tim. 4:7. These verses will begin to show us how God expects us to fast.
