What does confidence even look like in our society?

Alvinnie Kwok always pushes and empowers others to grow their confidence, career goals, and leadership skills. As a leadership coach to Asian-American females, I am so blessed to have Alvinnie on my show. Alvinnie and I talk about how someone can become more confident by a belief system rather than constant affirmations. Growing up in an Asian- American family had built a habit of perfectionism in us. 

We are not perfect. 

No one is.
