What the heck is confidence anyway? I thought it was something the lucky ones were born with and if you didn't have it, better luck next time. Thankfully, I was wrong! 

When I moved back home to Halifax, Nova Scotia after living away in Barbados for a year, I decided to take a leap and start a journey called the Year of Confidence. 

Through this personal growth journey, I learned that it's better to work for something than sit on the couch wishing. That's what this podcast is all about - FINDING your confidence.
