  Today I am going to explain difference between these 2 types of meditation. 

  • The meditation which is doing for any purpose with keeping some goals and wishes is purpose meditation. It can be doing purposely. The meditation which can  be doing for getting peace, happiness, and abundance. It can be doing everyday who likes it and known them benefits of it. 
  •   Now What Is The Easy Meditation.? 

    • J Krishnamurthy says , ''The meditation which can be doing with regular activities is the easy meditation.''

    •    Now what are these activities? 
    • The activity which can be doing with full of devotion and love. Where we can get completely involve with full of concentration is also a one type of meditation. That is easy meditation.

    • There are activities which are started from early getting up to all ,are the types of meditation. But how did you are doing these activities is important? Means are you doing it with full of love or as a burden? Or as a part of life? The person who is taking happiness from all these activities for every moment that is easy meditation. Or the person is living happy in every moment is an easy meditation. 
    •   Means he tells that since in the morning brushing the teeth, worshipping God, singing a song lovingly, listening a song, walking with happiness, cooking with full of concentration, bathing, sleeping, doing every action with full of love and in presence of mind is a type of easy meditation. We say mindfulness.      
    •    When any person could understand the role of mindfulness  we think that he understand the meditation.
