This week Liz and Jacqueline are joined by Christina Warden, a licensed therapist who is also a #survivor of enthusiastic sobriety programs. We unpack the "enthusiastic sobriety" philosophy and how it is sold to parents vs. how it looks once you're on the inside. Christina gives us some great perspective as a once-counselor and a now educated, trained, licensed mental health professional.
