In Week One, Devotion Three in the Declaring His Excellencies study we will seek seek to answer the question, "What is God doing?"

So far, Isaiah 43 has answered our first two questions. "Who is God?" God is both a sovereign LORD and a loving Savior. "What is God's end?" God's end is His glory. He works to make His glory known.

Our third question, "What is God doing to achieve His end?" can be answered in the next chapter, Isaiah 44.
