Today, the Gamers are breaking down approaches to next-gen game publishing, which is apparently complicated. Control, published by 505 Games, has made waves this week with their decision to force players to buy a new version of the game if they want the next-gen upgrades. Meanwhile, Xbox has their Smart Delivery system, EA has coined the wonderfully-named Dual Entitlement scheme, and still others are bundling game versions.
