Facing the client is usually a different set of skills then it is facing the sites and usually a completely different set of personnel that are used to face the client. Having been in roles that are both sponsor and site facing I give a break down of what it is like to go toe to toe with a Pharmaceutical company that is financing the whole clinical trial.
