After a very emotionally chaotic week, I asked myself what is it worth? The pain scars scrapes and scratches. Do I know my value as a human being am I estimating other people’s value properly? Am I dependent on others' assessment of me or am I aware of the value I hold within myself and towards others? This week we go over some steps to raise our value of self. This part of healing is extremely important as it is the moment that we can truly see who we are. We gotta go through something to get somewhere so let’s do this together.
