Let it be Known, Karma is what we make (the RESULT of what we have created). It is never Zero as we are always making something. It is Zero when you do NOT recognize it. It becomes invisible.

If you live by the 'scapegoat' then you have zero Karma to worry about as the world has conveniently given you access to every scapegoat imaginable to maintain your Karma at zero. To shield you from it. To provide a cloak to it.

We, as world people develop memes and behaviors that become policies and laws and regulations to enforce the status quo of 'invisible Karma.
