METHODS OF LEADERSHIP:

1. FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP - Leadership based on skill, character or competence

2. SITUATIONAL LEADERSHIP - Leadership based on what is going on or happening at the moment

3. POSITIONAL LEADERSHIP - Leadership based on your position or your status.
