Life is precious, but life is also short. It is imperative that we obey God's Word, obey the Gospel, get baptized for the remission of our sins (Acts 2:38) and live faithful even to the point of death (Revelation 2:10.) Our purpose in life is to serve God and be obedient to Him and His Word so that we may have everlasting life with Him one day.
