Mantra meditation is one of the powerful techniques where in an individual chants or recites a mantra or affirmation in meditation or sadhana. This practice can be done by anyone and is best for those who are not able to concentrate during meditation, with mantra chanting one has full focus on the mantra or affirmation that is recited.
When mantra is chanted, it generates a powerful vibration and energy within you and around you. You can chant any mantra that you relate to like OM, Namah Shivya, OM Mani Padme Hum or You can chant affirmations like I am that I am, I am love, I am positive etc. Mantra can be chanted 108 times with help of rose beads.
