Mindset is a word I often hear, but rarely do I hear the conversation go deeper than what's at the surface. I think we can do better than just point and attribute 'mindset' with something that usually 'looks' like success, in the catch-all type way. I offer my definition of mindset as a foundation upon which we can have a conversation and examine what mindset development looks like.
