There’s a lot of great agents out there with different benefits but I truly believe my agent super power is the ability to get my clients the best deal possible. @juliechuhawaii and I just helped a military couple go into escrow on a property that fell out so we were able to go in and offer a much lower price. The appraisal just came back $20,000 higher than our purchase price which is super rare in this market. We also got a small credit back from inspections to help with closing costs. They are purchasing with a VA loan so they don’t have to put any money down. We were able to help them switch from renting to owning for almost the same amount monthly but now they will get to live in a much nicer home and fix it up the way they want to. What’s more important than trying to time the market is finding the right property and a motivated seller. And you can only find out how motivated that seller is if you have a proactive agent fighting for every dollar for you.
