What is my Defense Art?

It is often asked, “How can I become a real life Jedi?”

The answer is pretty simple, study what the Jedi Path is, and live it. But an answer won’t turn you into a Jedi, that takes effort. 

Jedi Journal is a podcast aimed to deliver discoveries made about the Jedi path, by a Jedi that has been on the journey for 18 years. The host, Alethea "Setanaoko" Thompson, has been a part of many Jedi Orders learning the Path and even working to develop training programs for the path.

This Journal explores the world through the lens of the Jedi Compass and the Jedi Sextant.
