What is Podcasting?

I get this question so often.  So I have created this episode specially for the Indian professors, What is podcasting and Why you should start making a podcast right now.

Well the definition of Podcasting is, the practice of using the Internet to make digital recordings of broadcasts available for downloading to a computer or mobile device.

That is very boring definition. I will tell you a simple definition. podcasting is recording your audio students followers friends.
