REITs are Real Estate Investment Trusts, designed in 1960 giving small investors a chance to own shares of commercial real estate. They are a basket of real estate properties, which can be bought and sold on the stock market like more traditional stocks.  Decades after the creation of REITs, people with limited funds, who could benefit most from REITs still are unfamiliar with REITs and how they work.  REIT BALL was designed to change that.  Our mission is to reach millions of new and aspiring real estate investors with limited funds and share real estate and REIT lessons through an entertaining platform.  We draft portfolios, similar to fantasy league, assign individual REITs to professional athletes, and each week discuss the REIT and real estate market, as well as, sport current events.  So, if you're newer to real estate, or "balling" on a budget, we would love to have you become a REIT Baller and hopefully empower you to one day soon own a commercial real estate portfolio through publicly-traded REITs.
