What is self-compassion & how to give yourself more

Self-compassion can be defined as 'the sympathetic consciousness of our own distress, together with a desire to alleviate it." This implies two parts to the definition -- the awareness piece, and then the action piece.

In this episode I explore what self-compassion is, and how to give yourself more. I believe that when we have the tools for self-compassion, we can fill our cup, tap into our purpose, help others do the same, and create a ripple effect of positivity out into the world.
