[Trigger Warning: discussions of sexual violence, rape and sexual assault] In this episode, I am joined by Meredith who is the Founder of the organisation Say It Loud. Say It Loud is a UK support group and listening service for individuals who have experienced sexual violence. They use their multiple platforms to discuss the umbrella term of sexual violence and provide help to those who need it. We discuss all the issues regarding the lack of education we receive surrounding the topic of sexual violence and why it shouldn't be taboo!
