There is so much toxicity in this patriarchal concept that you ALWAYS have to keep your vibration "in alignment."

Wow... like what a way to set yourself up to fail. AND feed fuel to the idea that you are "not good enough" or "failing."

Alignment isn't a destination. 

It's a direction.
