Having a strategic plan is pivotal to the success of any project, no matter what vertical it is in.

It is important because it provides a sense of direction and outlines measurable goals, which is necessary in order to understand what measurable action needs to be taken in order to achieve those goals.

Strategic planning is a tool that is useful for guiding day-to-day decisions and also for evaluating progress and changing approaches when moving forward.

Last week, we discussed momentum and how powerful it can be if cultivated and sustained correctly… Part of that cultivation and sustainability lies in having a solid strategic plan!
