In EOS®, there is a tool called the Accountability Chart™.  This tool is similar to an organization chart but different in that the focus is on designing the organization in such a way the vision for the company can be achieved.  Each function in the accountability chart includes 5 things someone in that position are held accountable for.  This 6 minute episode talks about the tool and also how the Visionary and Integrator™ fit into the model.
