The F.A.S.T. way to ascend and play this game of being human. It's about mindful attention to resources you already have and are.

We'll dive more into this mantra and practice:

How long does it take to tune in to a different station on the radio? No time.

You just have to be aware enough to adjust the station and know there is a tune button, or you will be stuck listening to the same station.
