There are many reasons why men are unable to hold down a steady job. Many have been incarcerated and have difficulty getting a job. Others are dealing with mental health issues. The biggest reason is that jobs are scarce. The economic downturn has caused many people to lose their jobs. Those who are employed are working harder without a pay raise. The global recession has also caused an increase in the demand for cheap goods, which in turn has caused many companies to outsource jobs to other countries. That is why many men are unable to support their families.  

A lot of people believe that broke woman are not a problem. They feel that her problems are not their concern. Broke woman are mostly lone mothers, who have a lot of children, sometimes even more than five. Women sometimes have to support the entire family, and they can support them by begging on the streets.
