Alex currently runs a professional strength & conditioning business, taking elite sports performance concepts and using them to help everyday athletes and weightlifters. Alongside this he work as a tutor and educator for British Weightlifting, and he has supported performance pathway rowing and swimming programs.

What makes him a little unique is that he actually started his career as an Oxford Uni Grad with a degree in history and English, and worked as a teacher for kids with behavioral issues. So he has been through an interesting career shift, with some pretty unique experiences along the way.
