What is the DOT Model?

DOT stands for Deepen. Orient. Transform. and DOTcast is about showing pieces of the DOT model applied to current life experiences. This Podcast/Webcast is hosted by Ruth Diaz, a therapist and organizational consultant in Portland Oregon. Ruth created the DOT model in 2015 to help herself and all humans return to our sense of humanness as an opportunity when we feel overwhelmed during conflict. Figure It In, LLC helps make DOT available tot he world.  DOTcast Season 1 starts out with understanding more about Ruth and the DOT model, exploring some tough parts about our humanness like hopelessness and suicide, and then diving into a vulnerable connection series with fascinating guests from all over the world who are also practicing deepening, orienting, and transforming themselves as humans and leaders.
