What is the Event that Leads to WW3 w Rachel Baxter

Sister Rachel Baxter was given a word from the Lord in December of 2015 where she heard "An event will occur that will begin World War 3 (without debate) and there is to be no stopping it.  All the planning and scheming has led to this.  Many will lose their lives".  The article included a picture of a nuclear bomb leading many to believe this was the event.  However, Rachel has been seeking the Lord and may have futher clarification for us tonight.
