What is The List?

In every episode, Jess Porter interviews a different guest with whom she does an impromptu gratitude list.  They go back and forth, naming all the things they are grateful for, from foam pillows to first responders.  Born during the lockdown of 2020, The List is an effective tool for converting terror into relaxation, depression into joy.  As a writer, hypnotherapist and standup comic, Jess's conversations can go all over the place, but doing the gratitude list always makes her and that week's guest feel calm, centered and positive.
