As a #scrummaster, your role is incredibly people-centric. From designing and facilitating #scrumevents like #sprintretrospectives and #sprintreviews to #coaching the team, you're going to be focused on helping your team in every area of their personal and professional development.  

Communication plays a vital role in getting your message across and helping others to communicate their vision, wants, needs, and ambitions. You simply need to be a great communicator to succeed as a scrum master or #agilecoach.
