The activist community is divided after COPA released the video of the fatal shooting of 13-year-old Adam Toledo yesterday. After a total of two days of testimony, Derek Chauvin's defense team rested its case. "This was a split-second life or death situation that none of us hopefully are in. The Officer had to make a call, and I believe it was the right call," Alderman Ray Lopez (15th Ward). "What I saw was a situation that unfortunately plays out in Chicago way too often," former police Superintendent Garry McCarthy reacting to the fatal Chicago police shooting of 13-year-old Adam Toledo. Pastor Corey Brooks says, "Don't breathe yet the possibility and potential for people rioting and looting is still very high."
