Tony wants to know how Frank's 30 day challenge is going. We find out what's going through Frank's mind, currently, pertaining to his challenge. How much weight has he lost? How much does he have left to lose?

Why is Frank wearing pants? We find out Frank has a crush on someone. That's right, he doesn't care but he does. What's going on in our teddy bears dating life? What's his game like?

Also, quitting. We touch a little on that before Tony has a nerdgasm. Tony needs out on space-x, again, and tells us what went through his mind with the recent shuttle launch.

Stay till the end, we finally find out why Frank's insta handle is "spacecowboy69420".
