What Is Wrong With This World?!

Since 2011, I’ve helped many patients return to independent living after rehab. But there’s one disturbing similarity among most patients which greatly concerned me: Sedentary lifestyles.
With the rapidly aging population, and younger people also start having health issues…I can’t help but wonder: If healthcare costs are increasing steadily due to medical advances and providing better care, why aren’t people getting healthier? 1 person dies by suicide every 40 seconds worldwide. Rates of mental illnesses are increasing over the years. Diabetes and obesity rates have also risen steadily. What’s wrong with the society here?
I’m an occupational therapist, personal development coach, and ultramarathoner, who’s on a mission to get people living healthier, fulfilling lives. Follow my journey, as I expose the shocking methods I’m using, to get professionals and entrepreneurs to be mentally tough and physically fit. So they can overcome any obstacles in life, while preventing work burn out and stress.
