The #scrumframework consists of five (5) scrum events. They are the #sprint, #sprintplanning, #dailyscrum, #sprintreview and #sprintretrospective.  

Each of these events plays a critical role in helping the #scrumteam create an environment where people can thrive and excel. Each of them serves a specific purpose and when leveraged correctly, can really help move the needle on high-performance.  

As a #scrummaster, each of these events are opportunities to create awareness, engagement and conversations that help the team identify opportunities to improve.
