Realistically, to work you need to have one of your ‘Happy Places’ to be convenient enough to travel to so you don’t talk yourself out of going.
Hopefully, you have more than one ‘Happy Place’ that comes to mind; Places and activities that you love and you cherish. If you don’t have ‘Happy Places’, dealing with your stress will probably be much harder.
Chris implores you to explore and find new places and activities to expand your ‘Happy Places’ and develop new connections, memories and opportunities.
