The Positionality Profile is a deep observation of how you show up into the world as a white person. It is to help you notice how you see yourself and how you are seen by folks of color. In the United States, we have powerful conditioning patterns that we are trained in from an early age. Oftentimes, the deep pattern creations for white oppressive systems start with our families. In the first part of this series, we are going to build a custom Positionality Profile for you as an individual and for your community that will help you identify old conditioned patterns that have been ingrained from early childhood and embedded in your community.
