What Is Your Mantra? In the GeniusLab with Toby Christensen

One of the most powerful things I have found recently is the use of a mantra. It can be a traditional mantra or just a positive statement that grounds you into a positive space. Repeating a word or phrase of meaning can really make a difference when it comes to how you respond to stressful situations. 

I do a mantra every day for 10 minutes, first thing in the morning. When I start my day out that way things just seem to go better. 

Before you go into the holidays and address some challenging situations find a mantra! Repeat it over and over. Own it as your own command and stay positive!
