In this episode Leah and Paul talk about the “why” behind your goals and dreams.  Paul gives us some strategies to find our true “why,” deeper than the basic answer we typically give.  Leah explains that she used these techniques while coaching with Paul to uncover her real “why” to starting a and maintaining a business, even on the tough days.  

Leah overcomes her fear to share her true “why” and explains all to the Life Work Balance Nation.  She further explains her thought that a “why” that can withstand the tough times is built on personal emotion.  
We also discuss how people's fears of sharing a strong "why" can stem from both their fear of failure and their fear of success.
