Recently Erika Kirk and others have made headlines by publicly forgiving criminals who had done terrible things against them and their families. But what does that mean for the offender if he refuses to repent? We know that Christ came to Earth so that sinners could be forgiven - so what did He mean when He said, "IF he repents, forgive him" (Luke 17:3)?
