What It Means to Live in Your 10%

Listen Later

Sarah is releasing a new series called "90 and 90" which is based on the pillars of self-love, letting go, vision, and boundaries. The goal is to constantly grow and improve herself and her clients. Today’s discussion is about how to maintain a level of self-awareness by always being honest with yourself and others. Despite how we may feel about certain things, it is important to recognize that our level of self-awareness is different than that of most people and is not pretentious. Sarah encourages others to set boundaries for themselves and live a good life.

Quotes:

"When we are inconsistent, we are not showing up for ourselves." - Sarah Hipps

"What would your physical health look like? What would your body look like? What would your choices of food look like if you are dedicating an hour every single day to moving your body and challenging it? What was your opinion of yourself? How would that change over 90 days?" - Sarah Hipps

"When you start to build boundaries and you start to set them, you will not implement them the first time. You won't implement them the second time. And you may not implement them fully the 18th time." - Sarah Hipps
