Today we sit down with professional pole vaulter and national champion Matt Ludwig. We start off the conversation with when he started taking pole vaulting seriously (6:15) and what it was like for him to go through the recruiting process (10:20). We then get into his 2017 season where he ended up being the national champion (19:15)! Matt then tells us about some of his poor performances and what he learned from them moving forward (30:30).
