Russell Talks about his Past, Present and Future Plans so to any aspiring Managers out there this is definitely one to listen to.

Russell previously played over 600 games for club and his country, Scotland. Previous clubs include Wycombe, Norwich, Rangers and MK Dons to name a few. He has played in the top level of the English game for many years, and has also represented Scotland in some of those most extreme high pressure environments.
