There is so much symbolism from the ocean that applies to grief.

In a group call we had, I once used the analogy of how our Movement Loving Life after Loss is like a cruise ship.

It made me think about how long it takes to turn a ship around - not just in terms of your own healing journey - yet also in regards to how our society "suggests" we deal with grief.
