Every non-profit relies heavily on two things:  1) their volunteers and 2) their interns.  Nik Demers came to be an intern at the Ren this summer as the Assistant Director of Newsies, but ended up adding to his resume the title of Marketing and Development Intern.  This episode is inspiring as Nik talks about not only what it was like to intern at the Ren, but why he took on so many roles...oh, and Nik was born in a corn field, too.
