What I've Learned From My 29029 Everesting Training

#22 - The last 5 months I've been training super hard for an event called 29029 Everesting.  What is it?  The goal is to hike up a mountain 29029 feet to achieve the equivalent vertical ascent as if I'd climbed Mt. Everest.  I'm not going to Mt. Everest, I'm going to Snowbasin, Utah.  That mountain requires me to do 13 ascents in order to achieve 29029 feet. We have 36 hours to "everest."   I'll be hiking up the mountain, taking the gondola down, and repeating - 13 times.  I can't wait!

While training for this event, I have learned a lot of lessons that I want to share with you.  My hope is that you gain insights that you can apply to your own training - no matter what you are training for.
